•Apply directly to skin
•Rub in to exfoliate
•Rinse off
•Dry brushing technique
- Apply to dry skin
- Sit in warm bath for ten minutes minimum
•Shower technique
- Apply to damp skin while showering
- Turn water off temporarily or step outside stream to get a good scrub
- Allow oil to absorb into skin
